I purchased this pair of pjs for my toddler based off of a friends recommendation. The package came with a hand written personalized card, and was very sweet and thoughtful. When I opened it, the fabric was so soft and I was so excited. There was a snag on the back (it could have been from the corner of the tag catching), and wasn’t really visible-but you could definitely feel it. I contacted customer service and they were so great and wanted to make everything right. We can’t wait to get our new jammies. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future to help support this small business.
